Booking & Payment:

• By placing an order, the customer accepts Swiss Limo terms as binding. All prices are in CHF unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. For last-minute bookings, payments can be made directly to the chauffeur.

Service Details:

• Prices and travel times are calculated from and to the vehicle location. Route changes may affect the final price.
• All reservations are confirmed only after payment is received. Offers are subject to change.
• Short-notice bookings (under 8 hours) must be made by phone.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure incur a 20% fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a 50% charge; under 4 hours or no-show incurs a full charge.
• Delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic) are non-refundable.

Waiting Time & Overtime:

• First 15 minutes of waiting are free; there after, CHF 20 per 15 minutes.
• For airport pickups, up to 1 hour of free waiting applies, including flight delays.
• Additional driving time beyond booking must be paid in cash (CHF 100 per extra hour).

Vehicle & Service Standards:

• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles; violations incur cleaning fees.
• Our fleet includes premium Mercedes models (E-Class, S-Class, etc.). Passenger limits depend on vehicle type.
• Technical issues before a trip will be resolved with a replacement vehicle or a refund if necessary.

Liability & Legal:

• Swiss Limo is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
• Damage caused by clients will be charged accordingly.
• Force majeure, strikes, or official measures release us from service obligations.
• Jurisdiction is the city of Zurich; Swiss law applies.

Extras & Additional Costs:

• Additional services (foreign tolls, driver accommodation, etc.) are at the client’s expense.
• Meals during extended bookings are charged at CHF 50 per driver.
• Promotional vouchers are valid only for Mercedes S-Class and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Privacy & Media:

• We reserve the right to use photos, videos, and feedback for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Customer Commitment:

• We prioritize guest satisfaction and apply these terms with fairness and flexibility.

Final Agreement:

• By booking and paying, the customer confirms agreement to these terms.
