2. Services

Swiss Limo Services provides professional chauffeur-driven transportation, including:

  • Airport transfers

  • Point-to-point transfers

  • Private tours in Switzerland and Europe

  • Special transfers (e.g., snow or hiking tours)

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Confirmation
  • All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone.

  • A booking is confirmed only after we send a confirmation email.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information for bookings.

  • Any changes to bookings must be communicated promptly.

4. Payment
  • Payments are required as specified during the booking process.

  • Accepted payment methods: [e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal — adjust as needed].

  • For some services, advance payment is required.

  • Late payments or non-payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 20% fee of total cost.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% fee of total cost.

  • Cancellation less than 4 hours or no-show: 100% charge.

  • All cancellations must be communicated via email or phone.

6. Waiting and Extra Charges
  • Free waiting time:

    • Airport pickups: up to 60 minutes

    • Other transfers: up to 15 minutes

  • Waiting beyond the free period: CHF 20 per 15 minutes.

  • Extra stops or extended travel may incur additional charges.

  • Cross-border travel may include tolls, parking, or driver accommodation fees, billed separately.

7. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Passengers must behave respectfully and safely.

  • Smoking and illegal activities are prohibited in our vehicles.

  • You are responsible for your belongings; we are not liable for lost or damaged items.

  • Passengers must wear seat belts where required.

8. Liability
  • Swiss Limo Services and Safare GmbH are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

  • Liability for personal injury or vehicle damage caused by our chauffeurs is limited to Swiss law requirements.

9. Data Protection
  • We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

  • By booking with us, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your data for service delivery.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather

  • Traffic accidents or road closures

  • Public transport strikes

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Zürich, Switzerland.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • The “Last updated” date will indicate the latest version.

  • Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
